At CHOZEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your CHOZEN account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund.
